Join the Memphis TOS chapter for its annual spring trip to Overton Park. Your trip leader is Dick Preston. See eBird sightings at this hotspot.

Meet at 7:30 am on Wednesday, May 1 at the parking lot near the pavilion at 389 East Parkway North. MTOS field trips are open to everyone at no cost. Please bring binoculars.

A section of the park is preserved in a natural state as an old growth, mature hardwood forest complete with walking trails. The largest Shumard oak tree in Tennessee is found growing here. A variety of bird species may be encountered, especially during spring migration.
