CANCELLED: MTOS Field Trip to Wolf River WMA

The Memphis chapter’s annual field trip to the Wolf River Wildlife Management Area in Fayette County, TN is cancelled. Steady rain with potential for heavy rainfall is predicted. In addition, the old bridge on Beasley Drive near Mineral Slough boardwalk has collapsed. There is no rain date.
Bald Eagle, displaying American Woodcock, Sedge and Marsh Wren, Le Conte’s Sparrow, Short-eared Owl and more are possible. Check out eBird sightings at this hotspot.
