Gaynell Perry and Martha Waldron will lead the Memphis chapter’s annual field trip to the Wolf River Wildlife Management Area in Fayette County, TN. Bald Eagle, displaying American Woodcock, Sedge and Marsh Wren, Le Conte’s Sparrow, Short-eared Owl and more are possible. Meet at 3:30 p.m. at the intersection of Highway 57 and Yager Drive (Main St.) in LaGrange, TN. From Memphis, take Highway 57 east to LaGrange and turn south on Main St at the main intersection in town. Directions to the meeting place: http://is.gd/OwsuhC.

Field trips are free, you don’t have to be a MTOS member to participate, and please bring binoculars.
