MTOS Field Trip to Shelby Farms Park

Join Cliff VanNostrand and Memphis TOS for a field trip to one of our favorite places, Shelby Farms Park. Check out eBird sightings for this hotspot.
Meet at 7:30 am on Saturday, February 24 at the Disc Golf Course parking lot on North Pine Lake Drive. See map link for directions. You don’t have to be a MTOS member to participate, there is no charge, and be sure to bring binoculars.
The 4,500 acre county park contains a great variety of habitats including the Wolf River and associated aquatic habitats, bottomland hardwood forest and swamp, upland hardwood forest, pine forest, pasture, cultivated farmland and more.
