In 1987, Stedman and Robinson wrote a comprehensive guide to documenting bird sightings. The guidelines presented in this article still hold true, particularly for the Rare Bird Reporting Form which is virtually identical to the one used today. Those wishing to submit documentation of a species on the Review List to the TBRC are referred to this article for instructions.
